Using mindfulness meditation techniques (along with other influences),
Stephanie will work individually with people (in person & over the phone) to help them
set up a practice that supports them in their lives with the issues they are facing
-- whether life crises & food issues, or simply to deepen their practice
to help bring more ease, creativity & peace to their lives.
|Q: Can I ask you more about what happens in a private session?
A: A typical session would include 'intake' (about what's going on), and guided and/or interactive meditation specifically designed to support you in your process. (All is recorded onto CD which I hand you at the end of the class.) The goal of each session is to help you see how to apply specific meditation techniques to strengthen awareness, perception & relaxation.
