"The 10 Minute Chill"

*Just a note about the NAME.......As described on Track 1, originally and for years, I have called this meditation,"The 5 Minute Chill".
But since Shinzen currently recommends a minimum of 10 minutes of optimized practice a day, he and I agreed that I should change the name
to the "10 Minute Chill." SO, for those who are already familiar with my "5 Min. Chill" - yes, this is the same meditation. (And yes, that's a water fountain in the background. As soon as we can record this in a studio setting, we will, but so far, people seem to enjoy the water element
and find it pleasant and/or soothing.) In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this offering - and that it helps you 'Chill.'
